At The Wayside we believe a healthy body, is healthy mind. We have partnered with a local gym owner and personal fitness instructor to give you access to a state-of-the art gym, and personal lessons if you would like.
The gym is a short drive from The Wayside and open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Personal Training
Natalie Dawson is not only the owner of the gym @Millstones but she is also a fantastic personal trainer: Level 4 Reps (Register of Exercise Professionals) and a BSc (Hons) Sport and Exercise Science. Natalie has been in the industry for many years and loves to help people reach their health and fitness goals.
